Schaeffler is taking its digital presence to the next level with LIGANOVA Horizon – and the New Hire Page is set to redefine the onboarding experience.
The goal: eliminate uncertainty, spark excitement, and provide clear guidance. Especially for young professionals, first impressions matter. This dedicated page serves as a digital welcome hub that informs, inspires, and seamlessly integrates into Schaeffler’s corporate identity. A touch of exploration, without losing the essence of the brand.
As a Junior UX/UI Designer, I played a key role in shaping the concept and aimed to translate Schaeffler’s brand promise — “We pioneer motion” — into the onboarding experience. The result: a scrollytelling one-pager with progress indication to raise awareness for key paragraphs and ensure an engaging, guided reading flow.
Due to organizational and procedural reasons, the full website relaunch — including the New Hire page — is not yet live. For now, a screen recording of the prototype with placeholder content offers a small sneak peek into what’s to come.
